First, I waited 15 minutes to be served although I was the only customer in there. The young man who finally waited on me was... rude and obnoxious. When my food finally came he just threw it on the counter and said hey this is for you. The food wassupposed to be prime rib but it looks nothing like the ad on TV and was as tasteless as the help. Hit and miss here. For the ridiculous pricing for their food I expect perfection everytime!!
I recently did a food delivery service order at that location, even though the restaurant got the order perfectly right, the... customer was confused and was saying they didn?t get what they were supposed to. Even though the store was right the managermade me the items that the customer thought they were missing because they are just really nice people and wanted to help me inthe situation. My first time at Arby's in over a decade. The prices have gone way up since then and seems to be less meat. But the food was... delicious and the staff was friendly. Plenty of horsy and Arby sauce up for grabs. The orange cream shake is worth the stop. Read more
