Food thrown together, horrible mess when you open the wrapper, they barely get the cheese on the beef and cheddar as you can see... by all of the cheese that I wiped off the paper. Add to that you order crinkle cut fries and they type in curly fries. All inall very dissatisfied with this store and the quality of the food they produce. On the crisp cold eve evening of october 5th, I made a long hardened journey to the local Arbys. While short and sweet, the... adventure there was a good one. Arbys chooses locations very well. I could?ve made a journey to the other more covetedlocations, but the local one was ringing my name. Hypothetically for that sake. As I drove my 2013 kia optima with the upgradedsound system up to the spot, I noticed the glowing flare from the red marble and brick styled arbys. It struck me as a beautiful artisan area to serve real authentic meats. I?ve heard of the rumors of their famous food type: the meat. Oh boy was iexcited to try the succulent nutrition for the day. As i approached the triple menu, it flowed in my awe. a soft voice soonspoke to me as the wind breezed thru my hair. It felt as magical as it sounds. The voice suggested me to order and I softly said?please ma?am give me one moment while i make some decision making?. The reply was not hated. She said ?okay tel me when you?reready?. I went over a few options from the many many fine choices from the menu. She then make a crack thru the audio and askedme if i was ready. i was not. by then i had eyed the mozzarella sticks. i spoke up and she replied. i politely ordered my orderof mozzarella sticks and a roast beef meal with crinkle fries and a sweet tea. the order totaled $12. Quite a change from 2008prices. inflation amiright? Well anyway i thanked her and she told me to drive up to the window. i did. we payed and took thedrink then the brown paper bag of food. we drove off and into a different parking lot, the kohl?s if you?d like to know. as wepulled the food from the bag, i sipped on the sweet tea. i did not disappoint. we then proceeded onto the cuisine. it wasalright . a little bit too crispy, the mozzarella didn?t spread far enough and the the roast beef was a dry desert of layeredbland meat. it was like tasting the table cloth with butter. shoutout to mike for not convicting me. the food over Read more

Stopped by to try the new Wagyu Burger. I have not had an issue at this location before but it had been a while. The speed of... service good, but the burger was sloppy in presentation, and the meat looked black from over cooking (although the meat wasn'tbad). Then I sat down to eat and the food was good, but the 10 or so employees were loud and having VERY inappropriateconversation of a sexual nature not to mention the racial slurs. I was going to order a delicious Orange Cream Shake after mymeal but decided against it based on the staff behavior and just left. Read more
Ordered online app. Picked up at drive thru window. Employee had no experience with this type order. I think this was new for... them. Order was packaged, accurate and waiting. Unfortunately, by the time I got it, it was cold. Not sure that the pre-orderingwas a good idea. Disappointing flavor wise. Also. The chicken on the sandwiches was overcooked and dry. Absolutely love the Beef n Cheddar sandwich's & the Regular Roast Beef sandwich!! Been eating here since I was a kid and now... both my kids have ate here their whole lives too!! The staff are always nice and polite. I've hardly ever had major mess ups orscrew ups, so really never had to call and complain, so all in all that's always a + + in my book!! Read more
