Unprofessional service experience with staff in Fairfield, NJ location. I tried to redeem my Croissant from the wawa app on... 11/20. However the staff name Luke told me that this item is not available at that moment. So he gave me the redeem receipt andstated that I can come whenever back to any store to redeem this item. Unfortunately, I came back to same wawa store ( Fairfield, NJ) on 11/25 , the produce manager told me that this item not available again.. And I just asked him this store is far fro meand if I can go to another wawa store which is closer to me, he said other store would think I want to ROBB them! Howunprofessional response to customer. Anyway, I felt very disappointed to this store and wish you could have a better employeetraining. Read more

Everytime my husband orders a chicken parm sandwich from here its cold. No matter if we order it in store or on ubereats. Bread... is always soggy, chicken is lukewarm like its been sitting on the counter and cheese isn't melted. It's supposed to be a HOTsandwich. It's under hot hoagies but you just don't toast it? Make it make sense. This is the worst wawa I've been to and itmakes me wish I still lived down the shore where the good ones are. Read more

I was there ordering food and I asked for a paper bag. I was told it's only for delivery orders!!! All the other food stores... give paper bags when order food!! I'm not buying from Wawa anymore! Read more

The girl with the tattoo and lip ring was preparing a meal and paused to text on her phone. She never changed her gloves and... proceeded to prepare more meals!! Disgusting! Absolutely Disgusting.. Do you know how much germs a person cell phone carries.? Alot! No manager in sight. Absolutely unacceptable..Beware very unhygienic practices in this place.. Read more

I ordered my usual chicken caesar and it was barely any chicken on there and the guy there with the black earring told me that... all the other times they were giving too much chicken and that this the correct size I asked him if he would do a little betterhe said he can't help me nor can he take back the salad which I hadn't touched. Stopped by to pick up my mobile order. The personnel working over night shift at the front saw me waiting for about 10 mins by... the pickup station. Did not ask for help. I went to him said how are you? I?m picking up an order. He didn?t respond to me andwalked to the register when the food gets packed. I followed him there, got my order and left. They need better trainedemployees, more professional and respectful who can do the job right. Extremely disappointed about the customer service and whenthe food is ready shouldn?t be sitting in the register but in the pickup shelves. Read more

As much as we like wawa sandwiches and drinks we came on a Saturday morning for a quick vite with the kids. Not that many people... inside and the staff all seemed in a bad mood and 0 customer service, when asking for a simple straw! Sandwiches came all messedup and assembled like they were in a rush. No consistency in the ingredients, just ?slapped? on. I am a universal fuel card userso I go to everyday to these stores and this is a first, everywhere else service is exceptional. I hope It just happen to be ona bad day for them. Other than that keep it up WAWA!!! Read more
