Ordered a hot sandwich from the hot menu, even asked the server if it?s hot and she said yes. The sandwich was awful. The bread... wasn?t warmed. The eggplant had grilled mark but it was mushy and ice cold. The green and red peppers were also cold. Theresponse I received from server was when you put cold stuff on hot it gets cold. Like am I that stupid. Called and spoke to twoother staff who advised sandwich should be hot and speak yo owner. Owner called back to advise it is a cold sandwich. Hmmm soall your staff is wrong. In addition the slice of pizza was left over not appealing. Dough was so thin it was mushy anddifficult to pick up. Cheese looked old. Total waste of money. I have ordered from here on three occasions lately. Two times they earned a five star rating and once a three star rating. The... first time they provided me with a large order of 5 pizzas which I was able to order ahead. The pizzas were all delicious andthey got them here at exactly the right time. The second time we ordered the caramelized onion pie. It came so burned we sent itback. They sent us a new one with onions still burned. We called and found out that the onions are all cooked together in themorning and that they had been over cooked. We kept the second pie and ate it because we were starving. The third time wechecked first to make sure the onions were not burned and ordered the caramelized onion pie and a plain personal pie. Both wereexcellent. Always fast delivery too. Read more
