First, the girl at the front desk was so nice which isn't common these days at restaurants so I loved that. I ordered a burger... and was surprised at how thick the patty was, and it was cooked perfectly. I got my husband the Philly and it was a huge portionalso. They were great!! Read more
My new local pizza joint! Holy cow, what a slice. Their trademark "boardwalk pie" is a fantastic thin New York slice (pictured... right, with sausage); just enough bread to keep things stable, not too much to drown out the flavor of the sauce, cheese, andtoppings. They also feature some caramelized cheese crust, which is exquisite straight out of the box. I also tried the chickenparm pie (pictured left), and that, too, was excellent. The marinara really popped with some sharp spices, the chicken wastender and high quality. I recently had a bad experience with my old pizza place, and so I was looking to switch. I tried outBoardwalk Pizza last weekend and they've made a new regular customer with their delicious pizza. They're a bit pricier than I'mused to, which is a significant drawback because I eat a LOT of pizza. But truly, you get what you pay for. I'll be comingback. Great local place, highly recommended. Their plain cheese pizza pies are very tasty, among the best in the area, and are only $8.99 on Mondays (reduced from $14.49,... huge discount!) The other food is very good, I've never been disappointed. The specialty slices in the window are huge,usually 1 is enough. Nice interior, does make you feel like you're DTS. Read more
