We were traveling through Fairfield and stopped at Taj due to the reviews. Taj Fairfield did not disappoint. Alex took such... good care of us and suggested some new dishes. The dosa was amazing, the sag paneer was some of the best I?ve had and thespecial lamb chop platter was divine. The portion size was generous. We so enjoyed our time at Taj with Alex and Sumesh. I?m no Indian food aficionado, but I?ve been wanting to check out Taj for a long time so I finally went for lunch today and... ordered the Tandoori Chicken and Lamb Korma for my son and I. Some of the best Indian food I've ever had. And the service is spot on... took our jackets to hang them, always kept water glass... full, and for my dad's birthday, they surprised him with a complimentary treat with a sparkler. Great establishment! Read more
We dined at Taj for the first time tonight and had a fantastic meal! My husband and I have had our fair share of Indian food... over the years, and the lamb korma at Taj was a standout. Easily one of the best we have ever had. The service was alsoimpeccable; our water glasses were always full, we were checked in on regularly, and tableware was cleared away quickly betweencourses.
