Usually I have not issues with this Starbucks. Today the lady tried to tell me she was giving me my Venti in a Trenti cup... instead of opening a new carton of Soy milk to add more! I'm beyond aggravated!! The cup was obviously a venti and I compared itto the one I had in the car!! Super annoying. Read more

I am very upset at the worker there he closed the location when he saw me looking at the menu this isn?t the first time he has... done something like this when I asked him a question he had a attitude about it and gave his back to me and put his headphone onand walked away from me and many other people have told me they have had this same issue with this person. Diana is the best coffee mixologist ever. She made the best drink ever that she calls Diana's delight which is soooo... delicious!!! I do not know all of the ingredients that are in Diana's delight and I just know that it is good!!!! She also makesthe best Vanilla Bean Latte (just vanilla bean flavor with steamed milk and whipped cream) that my kids and I love so much! Read more
