Espresso machine broken so no espresso drinks - mixed with the girl at the counter ignoring customers so she could have her head... on the counter talking into her phone - - makes this the worst Dunkin? experience I?ve ever had. Read more

The girl working the front counter at around 12pm on November 13th is running a scam. She is scanning all points customers... should be earning on her personal account. Who knows if she's redeeming the free beverages for herself, or further using them tosteal cash from the tills, but either way, that is STEALING. Young male making my coffee had no hat on. My coffee had no labelon it. Got to my car, started drinking it. They put pumpkin instead of Toasted Almond. Way too sweet. Undrinkable. On par withrest stop coffee, unfortunately. Terrible experience all around. Read more

I?m reviewing the one on the south side. I stopped to get subways then wanted to get donuts right next to it. I got in line and... there were three women working there the one that was at the register had a bagel or something in her hand and took a big bite,as she?s still talking to her coworker saying all kinds of curse words!! She was saying motherf*cker loudly! So disgusting Iwalked away lost my appetite. So inappropriate!!! Read more

The cashier, Maya, took my order wrong. She not only added an extra pumpkin medium cold brew coffee to my order, she also added... an extra order of hashbrowns. And obviously I was charged. When i clarified with her after getting the order, I was confusedand brought up the issue with her. I said I told her that I order THREE coffees; two cold brews and one pumpkin spice latte. AndI explained it carefully so that its easy for her to put in. I repeatedly myself multiple times. To which she said ?NO thatsnot what you said.? And then she said ?do you want us to take the coffee back? Because we don?t do refunds.? To which i said,?can I get some points maybe or some way to get the money back?? Because it was around $7-8 more than the order I hadplaced. To which she said ?No, I don?t know FIGURE IT OUT?. She said that to me, and the barista/cashier who was left theirstanding. Then she left and went to the back somewhere. I, then asked for her name, to which i was pointedly told that her namewas on the receipt. This is unacceptable behavior. She told me I lied flat out, for no reason. No deescalation or nothing. Iwill be posting this review onto other platforms and will take this issue up with corporate. It didn?t just cost me $7-8, ithumiliated me as well. It?s not acceptable in this day and age to be this rude to a paying customer. Period. Read more

The lady on counter got immediately stressed that a bus had arrived and set herself in for a bad experience. Name started with... T. She had no time for customers, didn't check in with what they ordered. Didn't announce orders when placing them for peopleto pick up and FORGOT to put through my order. Nearly missed the bus because of it!! P.s Dunkin, your hash browns look nothinglike the photo. Size or shape. Might want to scale the size down a little so we don't expect something and get things smallerthan the donut bites. Read more

The service was good as expected. There was no wait, just order and go about your business. The food was fresh and the donuts... were soft and fluffy. The coffee was hot and fresh like it was just grounded and prepared. I had very pleasant time at thisDunkin location, I will be back. Read more

Extremely understaffed, unorganized location resulting in being unclean also. I understand it should not be difficult to manage... selling coffee and premade donuts but for a Sunday evening the line had a very long wait so another staff member is a must in myopinion. They ran out of several basic items. There is only one person working (it's 9pm) so you order, it gets made and thenrepeat with the next customer. This service station has three other food vendors and all of those have at least a staff ofthree. This place is very busy and at night coffee is a must so I assume it will only get busier. Really sad for an establishedfranchise like Dunkin Donuts.. Read more
