Worst services ever. The staff was constantly on the phone call and ignored me while I was there waiting for her long... conversation for over 10 mins, even though I made the online order 30 mins ago and was promised a pick up time, nothing wasprepared. I've been meaning to write this review for a a while. Unfortunately after two visits to the Fairfield location (and no way to... review the visits outside of leaving this review) my husband and I are very very disappointed and shocked with the lack ofprofessionalism and cleanliness this location displayed. Oma was so rude to my husband (and the young boy working with her) hewalked out and thats when i went in to get what we drove there for. She too was extremely unprofessional, messy (ingredientswere everywhere) and rude. We got home and started eating the icecream and mine had mint taste in it (probably from the mess ofa station they had and just as the graham cracker crumbs were tossed over other things, the mint probably was over my cookies).For the price of the icecream we paid and service we received we will NOT be returning to this location. Oma should not work inpublic/ with customers with her attitude and lack of cleanliness. Read more
The worst ice cream experience i have had in my 30 years on this earth. I love cold stone and yet the employees and management... at this location were the worst ive ever seen. Not only did they mess up our uber eats order. But their solution was to have UScome and pick it up! And for no discount and we had to pay the delivery fee and tip still! UPDATE! HAIR IN THE ICE CREAM!!!!!! This place needs corporate review ASAP!! Employees are completely incapable of redeeming the... coupon I presented on the basis of the manager not being there. This establishment needs to train their staff better. Got half size portions, two halves of a strawberry and 1 tsp of nuts. ... Really? Then there is NO soap in the bathroom and no papertowels. How is the staff washing their hands??? I am NEVER goingback there. Read more
