Lady who made our sandwiches was rude, didn't even reply to us saying "how are you?" Sloppily tossed the sandwich fillings on... with no care, and put all of my mayo on one side of my sandwich and not the other. Didn't ask if I wanted salt pepper orvinegar, just skipped over it entirely. They're also playing a Christian music station in there. Not everyone is religious andwants to hear that. Please just play normal music lol. Would not recommend, less quality control than in other locations. Read more

My order was INCORRECT. I ordered a Fresh Melt with Steak and what I got was just a regular Steak & Cheese sandwich. I've also... paid for double meat and I didn't even get that. The avocados that were added tasted old. The sandwich was even sloppy. Also theold lady there is very rude & incompetent and will cop an attitude if she didn't understand you because of HER language barrier.I'm not sure how she still works there. Read more

Really rude and the lady who made my sandwich looked like she was upset that I was even there. I have never felt more unwelcome.... Went to the Subway on N Texas St and got WAY better service. Read more

The time listed on internet AND on their door need to be updated. The very rude woman who was there at 7:00 told me they dont... open till 7:30. And looked at me like I was crazy. They can also keep their door locked until 7:30 if that?s the case. I?ll betaking my business to a subway that has accurate hours. Read more

It was ok, skimpy on the veggies, kept getting looks Everytime I asked to put more on. 5 pickles and 10 slices of olives. ... Usually I can't count them before I ask for more accordingly. Bummer won't go back. Read more

* Terrible Terrible service. Horrible language barrier. I had to ask the lady to repeat what she said several times before... someone behind me finally understood her. Worst yet, our sandwiches were lousy compared to other subway locations. I ordered 4sandwiches. All of which were made wrong. Then to top it off, I was over charged by almost $5. The people who work here, who appear to be the owners are very unfriendly. We live around the corner so it is very convenient to... us, but after trying it a couple of times we have stopped going. I love Subway so have to find one close by that is better. Ihave been to a couple in Vacaville that have nice people etc! Especially the one by Luckys Read more

This was worst service. Santosh charged me for 3 sandwhiches I only ordered 2. She said that she was the manager and when I... wanted my c.c refunded she said that she can't that she is not the manager. She wouldn't give me a refund. She tried to give meanother sandwhich. I told her I didn't order and extra one that I want my refund. Again she said that she can't give me a refundthat my c c was charged akready. I told her really that she needs to fix it. I wouldn't leave because I was wanting my refundshe grabbed from the employees tip jar and she told another employee that they all need to pull money out from their purses toreplenish the tip jar. I told her that's wrong because they split the tip daily and it was santosh's error and not erinsproblem. I was upset that they do business wrong. She needed to take from the cash drawer not the tip jar. I wanted my c.crefunded for that extra sandwhich. I asked for managers name and number she said no. So I called west Texas subway and they arevery friendly there the girl gave me the name of the manager and gave me the 800 number to make my complaint. Also left mynumber to get a return call back on monday from the regional office. I can't wait. Santosh needs to have better business ethics.They need help with their cleanliness.
