Worst customer service, I asked for it to be made with extra ingredients and I was told no because they didn?t want to run out,... and I was even more than happy to pay the extra charge but the cashier refused, and my drink was absolutely horrible taste likedirty old hotdog water with coffee, they will never see another dime of my money! It's ok, but menu doesn't show prices clearly, and strangely bubble milk tea doesn't come with boba. It's an extra add on. I... think that would be simply milk tea then. I've gotten quickly all around the world, and this was a first. Read more
Great during the day, don?t go late or they probably will be out of boba.
This place is terrible most times. Either they?re out of boba or don?t have any ready when they?re supposed to be open and... ready. This is their business and they?re never ready to meet demand. Service is slow. If you can, go to the Concord Quicklyinstead. They have better service and always ready even late into the night. Read more
