This location and the app is THE WORST!! Ordering via an app is supposed to be convenient to the customer. When I ordered via... the app, and pulled in the drive thru the worker said I had to pull to the front to cone inside to pick it up. When I wentinside no one acknowledged me even tho no one else was in the lobby. Also, the app had a pickup time of an 11 minute wait whenthere was no one in the drive thru or inside so why did I have to wait? The drive thru person is evidently the manager and shewas unprofessional. As customers started coming in the drive thru, she questioned an employee about why she was getting my ordertogether. When I finally received my food, the chicken in the sandwiches were hard as if it had been sitting a while. I willnot be returning to this location. The lobby was dirty, counters and floors. If I didn't know it would be a hassle getting arefund,, I would have.. It's a risk going there anyway because it is in a bad part of town. My advice, train your employees toknow what good customer service is. correct the manager's leadership skills and gave a schedule for cleaning the restaurant. Read more

These guys fried up some tilapia thinking we wouldn?t notice the difference. Literally feeding you GARBAGE fish. Also they... were short 4 fishes for a family meal and asked if they could give us chicken instead. We asked if they could give us shrimpinstead but they said they were out of shrimp too! Workers where very nice ,ordered combination of shrimps and fish I only got shrimps the food was cold as it was fried long time... ago I will go back only If I can have my food cook on the spot. Read more

Horrible. They continually mess up the the orders, and then if the order is correct the food is not fresh.
