Filthy grill cooktop, visible debris touching food. Saw one of the cooks scrape off debris from his spatula on the (very dirty,... not heated) side of the grill rather than wipe down / clean. They were using meat that had been sitting out unchilled (some ofit brown). Would recommend avoiding this location and going to another instead - haven?t seen a Five Guys this bad before.Service was not good either - nobody at register greeting folks, had to wait a few minutes for one of them to come over. Theywere not busy, just chatting. Watched them re-use a piece of meat that had been sitting out on the cooktop for a few minutes inanother customer?s order. I?m hoping this was an anomaly, but they might benefit from a health dept / QC visit. On the brightside, the Cajun fries were at least done well, and they were polite. Still, would recommend picking a different location - or adifferent chain if this is how things go at Five Guys nowadays. (This location used to be good, but the last couple times weredisappointing.) First time here. I was not greeted. As I asked questions I was brushed off and felt ignored. I ordered 2 burgers 2 fried and it... was $40.00. The burger was small and not so tasty. The fries were plentiful and good. No milkshake in the flavor I wanted or itseemed they didn't want to make it. My first and last visit there. Read more
45 minutes till closing they "don't have fries" despite having bags of potatoes available. They like to shut down so early it... isn't worth going 1 full hour before closing. Half the ingredients weren't available to put on the burger such as bacon. Justgo to another burger place instead. Read more
We stopped here for a delicious burger tonight. Tamarcus, he was friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The other great team... members are Julian, Junior, and Jeremiah who were so professional and friendly. Great group of employees tonight! We met andspoke with manager Audrey, great person to talk with, appreciates her team members, and speaks highly of her team mates, whichdemonstrates great leadership from management. Inside is very clean and each table I seen was cleaned...lol freshlywashed. Ordered Mushrooms and cheese on my burger, fries, and a peanut butter milkshake...mmm good. First time at this establishment in Fairfield. Music was incredibly loud so I couldn't really hear what the cashier was asking... me when I was ordering. The AC was up too high for what the weather was outside (67). Hamburger was good and fries were hot andcrispy. A large order of fries was a tall cup and some more in the bag, which I found weird. Just use a tall and a small cupinstead of throwing them into the bottom of the bag. Probably won't go back. Bathrooms were clean and the locks worked on thestalls. Read more

First time trying five guys yesterday and from the moment I walked through the doors I had a good feeling about it. Rory was the... cashier and she was patient and helpful when asking which friend she recommended. Ordered the bacon cheeseburger and addedjalapeños, Veggie sandwich with cheese, medium fries, and the peanut butter shake. Every employee was absolutely cordial andhelpful. They hired a great team. Went back to the room and dug right in. I had the veggie sandwich and it was soooo good. Thecheese was melted and gooey that I couldn?t put it down. The fries, I?m glad I ordered a medium because as what I like to callit ?a hook up? the fries overflowed inside the bag and is probably the best fries I?ve had at a burger place. His burger hadfresh jalapeño not jarred and when I asked him (based on us watching the series 60 days in marathon) what his first meal wouldbe out of jail he said ?this? lol. I usually love eating five guys. But I ordered online for a pickup, and when I got home I was highly disappointed. I opened my... bag to see 1 cup, barely filled with fires, not a mountain of fries like one would normally get. Then to top it off there wasno BBQ on either of the burgers I ordered ,and I had to re make it cause the toppings were all over the place and not even onthe burger anymore.
