I was in this restaurant many times and I do like the staff. But this day I got only the banana pancakes. Nothing else and I... was charged $9.99. Went to Vacaville Denny?s and got the same thing and I was charged $4.99. Now does this seem fair. I willprobably start going to Vacaville. What else is Fairfield charging double for? Waited about 10 to 15 minutes to be seated. The waitress was very friendly, when I inquired about her morning, she didn't give... the usual " it's going great" she actually talked about how her morning started really slow and suddenly they got very busy! The Denny's at this location is okay on their food and service. My family and I have eaten here a few times, with no issues to... speak of. Definitely one of those places that you don't necessarily set out to eat at, but it gets the job done! Read more

Denny?s is an older restaurant usually serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert all day long as it is open 24 hours a day.... We came for breakfast this meal and the restaurant was fairly busy but we were seated at a booth with in 5 minutes. There are 3handicapped parking spaces and a nice free parking lot. This Denny?s is next door to In-N-Our Burger and next door to a majorhotel chain. Our waitress asked if we would like something to drink and promptly brought that to the table. Lynne, our waitress,was courteous, friendly, and helpful. She was attentive to our needs (glass needing a refill etc) and prompt at fulfilling thoseneeds. I have nothing bad to say about her! We spent about 3 minutes looking over the menu and ordered. Lynne brought theorange juice and jam for the biscuit. She came by again to tell us our food should be out shortly. The food was good, not great.The bacon was very thin and greasy, but after wiping it off on a napkin, tasted okay. The toast tasted stale, but I ate onepiece with bacon on it. The other plate was eggs over medium, a biscuit, hash browns, and chicken fried steak. It was all okay,nothing to write home about. For that food including a soda our total came to about $34 so you can value for yourself ourmoney?s worth. Read more
$23 to wait 20 minutes in an empty restaurant for (bad) coffee a couple of (overcooked) eggs and two pieces of (limp) bacon? You... used to be a dependable, affordable greasy spoon, Denny's. Now you are just ripping people off. Traveling through Fairfield CA?Do yourself a favor and grab a McMuffin next door. This Denny's (probably all Denny's) should absolutely be avoided. Read more
