Waited in line for an hour, after placing our order the girl forgot it as she was making it. Then, she took the cup with the... ingredients and transferred it into a shake cup, then, took the cup into the back behind closed doors 3 times!!! After 20minutes of waiting, she served us a runny/watery shake We also ordered a strawberry shortcake, the young man who scooped theice cream, held the ice cream in the air with the spatulas as he talk to another customer to the point where I had to requestthat my ice cream not be exposed to the COVID 19? air that long as he conversed with another customer...
