This was absolutely the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. So I ordered online to get 15 of the Mini pecan cinnamon... rolls and 6 of the classic. They knew from the beginning that they don't sell them in that quantity and they never madecontacted me. I drove from a different city, to pick them up for my family and left with nothing. I didn't want what they whereoffering me as a replacement because the rolls they had in the 4ct and 9ct looked old and sad so I had to take a refund. Read more

You can never go wrong with Cinnabon. * Very professional response. I appreciate your dedication. One thing, may sound petty,... when buying large box you only give one very tiny free extra frosting container. I had to buy 4 extra ones and that was barelysatisfying. Just saying. Service good depends on WHO?s there for the day! It?s a hitt or miss, sometimes the buns are baked thin, very dry, very little... Cinnamon, very little cream. And other times nice and warm, nice amount of cinnamon, fluffy, with rite amount of cream;-))! Read more
