The kids love this place??but the people running it are a total nightmare. I have 5 kids and have been to CEC 27 times and will... never go again ! The workers are great too, the management is completely insane and on a total power trip ! I WILL NEVER GO HEREAND I SUGGEST No ONE ELSE DOES. Read more
We came here when it first opened up and I had no complaints.. This past Sunday 10/9/22 we decided to come back and that was a... mistake. We showed up at 10:50am(suppose to open at 11am) there was about 3 party's waiting as well. At about 11:15 someone cameout and said they were trying to set up for the parties. Mind you the people that were there for the parties were told to getthere 15 minutes early. Finally at about 11:25 they opened the doors...The place was trashed with trash all over the floors,garbage cans overflowing and not one table was clean. I also heard the bathrooms were nasty by someone else there. We were therefor about an hour and a half and I saw not one employee try to clean up. For just being back open and newly renovated this place is absolutely disgusting. Trash is everywhere, tables are not cleaned... off, the store manager (Changa) was extremely rude was only worried about flirting with the staff instead of actually run theplace. This place is an absolute joke. They didn?t even bother to check my 3 kids number on the way out. Dior was no better ofan employee she walked around talked completely unprofessional ignoring customers continuing conversations with co workers.While other staff was trying to pick up the slack and maintain lines and hold some sort of order changa and Dior acted like theyhad no care in the world certainly wouldn?t recommend anyone coming here until they get better staff and management to pullthings together. We were hesitant of having a birthday at chuckecheese because we?ve heard of past experiences but I am over the top so glad we... did!!! Serenity was our hostess and she went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. I was also impressed with howengaging and charismatic she was with the children. Patty was also super helpful and so kind. This absolutely exceeded myexpectations and then some!! Our party had a blast.
