The inside is closed, so you order in the drive thru and they are not people friendly!!
I ordered a 3 piece tender meal from this location when I took it home and ate it. I was met with surprise. There was a bone in... my chicken tender. As did further investigation I discovered the chicken tender was in fact a chicken wing. They don't even sellchicken wings! I am convince they buy pre-made chicken from Walmart and sell it to customers. My fries were also unseasoned. Theonly good thing about this meal was the sweet tea and it came in a bottle. And the thing is this is not the first time ithappened. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Read more
LAWD HAVE MERCY ON MY FAT SOUL! I've been finding myself popping into Milo's each weekend & chowing down on these delicious,... mouth watering burgers of joy. At this rate, I fear my thighs will end up looking like Squidward from eating all the krabbypatties! On the bright side, I'm white & might actually need a little more cushion! Loooove the cheeseburgers here, the original Milos sauce, & the famous sweet tea! Staff is down to earth & friendly!
We were lucky enough to eat Milo's for supper tonight. The drive thru service moved quickly. We were able to place our order,... add to our order at the window, pay and receive our food efficiently and with two smiles, thanks and kindness. Our food was hotand delicious. I was at the Fairfield Al location drive thru before 8 Friday 5-13-22 with one car in front of me. The car drove around, I pull... up to order didn't everyone ever came to the speaker nor ask for my order, so I pull around to see girls inside cleaning, so Idrove on around see the hours of the location if course I couldn't read the small sign on the front door ánd I wasn't going toget out my car. By this time a long line of cars waiting to be serviced. I parked in the parking lot looking inside to see whyno orders was taken I saw three people inside cleaning , so I assumed they are closed and turned the speaker off. My problem ishave a bigger sign posted starting your hours on the door and especially the drive thru. CUSTOMER SERVICE has gotten so bad thisdays, So I see why business are closing. I try to support my side of town but the service is so BAD and you wonder why peoplego the other side of town for better service. Milos in Fairfield I'm DONE! Read more
If I could give the zero stars I would. I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes to get old chicken. The chicken was so old it was... dried and shriveled up. I ordered a 3 piece tender meal with ketchup for my sauce. When I opened the bag none if the lids werefasten on the ketchup so I had a ketchup mess . After salvaging what was left after my entire meal was drenched in ketchup thepart I got was old. Oh well at least the fries were fresh. The only reason I didn't take it back is because this location dining area is closed and I didn't have another 20 min to sit in the drive thru for them to remake it. Don't worry, I won't beback.
