I visited Woody's for dessert after dining at one of the restaurants across the street on a Friday night. I think the awesome... aspect about Woody's which will make it a go to for me when I am in the area is that they offer everything under the sun interms of a sweet confection that you can tailor to your preferences. They have soft serve and flavored ice cream, sundaes,cones, and milk shakes.....they have all the toppings in the world from hot fudge, melted marshmallows and caramel to grahamcrackers, oreos, and Heath bar chips. There is a modest, covered eating area outside with a few tables in the inside. You cansee the local sport's memorabilia on the walls which makes it evident that this spot is a local mom and pop with a deep historyand roots to the area. I got a brownie sundae for two, which is actually just 2 browie sundaes served in a Styrofoam tray. Itwas delectable. The only thing that would shoot this item into the stratosphere would be preparing homemade brownies because theice cream itself and toppings were top quality as if you went right to the store and put things together yourself. I wouldrecommend grabbing new door knobs/locks for the bathroom doors as that is a relatively inexpensive upgrade for thebathrooms. The staff and overall atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable and great for a date, solo, or with your family. Iwould definitely visit again. Read more
We?ve been coming here for years. The employees are always friendly and the ice cream is great!
If you use Google maps, it?ll take you to the back where parking is not allowed. Just fyi. There is some parking on the other... side. We ended up parking in the garage down the block. We tried the vanilla and cookies & cream. Get some toppings to addflavor. We ended up adding M&M?s to ours. Read more
Went here on 4th of July, it was pretty crowded, but they made the ice cream quickly. The ice cream is good.
Great soft serve and scooped ice creams with lots of available options. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Plus they do... vanilla soft serve pup cups! This is always where we go for an ice cream fix. Read more
Ice cream was really bland. I tried the Oreo, peanut butter milkshake, coffee ice cream, and chocolate. Only the coffee had any... flavor. Everything else was just frozen milk with a hint of flavor. Won?t be coming back. Not worth the calories. Read more

Excellent selection of shakes and other ice cream dishes. I've tried the Peanut Butter Lovers shake using chocolate ice cream as... well as the Twix shake. They were both really good. Read more
