This place is expensive. But really good food. Everyone at our table was very very happy with the food. The staff is friendly,... the service is quick, ambiance is nice, music is not too loud, so you can have a meaningful conversation. For all those things,this is a good place to spend all that money. Loved this restaurant! First time dining there with friends. I like that we had individual hot pots. All you can eat. You can... order several soup bases for your hotpot and all you can eat meat, seafood, veggies, noodles, rice. There is a sauce stationwhere you can get sauces, oils, fresh chopped garlic, green onions, cilantro, etc, to add to your soup based for additionalflavor to taste. I got the Malasyian curry soup and my friends got Tom Yum soup. The iPad ordering process was simple andstraightforward. The experience was not as good as expected. Although it?s all you can eat, the order management system was chaotic that several... of our ordered items were missing, and it sometimes took a very long time for the ordered items to be served. Also, the saucearea was constantly messy with multiple items out of stock, but there?s no refill from the staff during our 1.5hrs dining. Thefood quality was just okay, not fantastic. One of the best hotpot in the area for their service and food quality. First off dont forget to make reservations by adding your... name to the Yelp waitlist. This location has fun neon signs and faux greenery all around the restaurant. You use an Ipad toorder and beware everything comes out quickly. My friends and I went on a busy Friday and had so much fun. There was plenty offood and our individual hot pots were boiling throughout the night. They had everything in stock. We really enjoyed the lamb,lobster ball, brisket, bok choy, dumplings, shrimp, and mushrooms. Our server was really attentive when refilling our drinks andcleaning our empty plates. Meats didn't come out froze and they even had Australian beef. They have everything here for allcarnivores and vegetarians. Broth wise we loved the tom yum the most. Vibes here are great. Great first time experience at hot pot. Glad it was at this restaurant. The host was very nice and so were the waitresses and... waiters. The ambiance was great in the evening time.
