Terrible service. I haven't bought subway for a long time, now I remember why. To begin with, since I entered the place they... didn?t say hello, they didn?t offer what type of bread, cheese, etc., even seeing that I did not know very well how to place myorder. Today date April 9/2022. Time is 4:14 PM. 2 Lady spanish was working. Lady that has more brown skin, heavier one. She was... preparing foods so carelessly. She was putting all veggies on one side and she is using only one hand. I attached pictures howshe did and how it is supposed to be. Also she is not using paper wraps to wrap the foods. I asked her to use it. Normally shedoesnt using it when she was wrapping foods. She is using only plastic wraps. Which is unhealthy to touch that thing tofood. I had my kids with me and that is the only reason I even paid for the food as I did not want to make a scene. The lady who made... the sandwich was complaining the whole time. She kept saying OMG, OMG because she just did not want to work. She kept talkingto the others behind the counter complaining the whole time in Spanish. I am never going back here again. I even tipped herbecause she made our sandwich and times are hard on everyone due to the pandemic. But people who are not thankful for having ajob when millions of people who don't have food to eat in this pandemic are jobless should not be employed. They should be firedfor unprofessional behavior. I wanted to go back in and complain in person but had better things to do. Hope the owner Mr.Nepal who has his name printed on the receipt gets to his senses and cleans up his mess of a crew. I am lodging an officialcomplaint with Subway as soon as I get home. Read more

2 staff spoke other language while preparing and they could not even wrap my sandwich right. Came home and found all of the... fillings scattered. Very unhappy with staff not being helpful and courteous when they should be extra attentive duringhardship. Did not seem to want my business. Never going back there again. Read more

First of all I would like to point out that I called Subway customer service and let them know about this experience. There was... a person in the line so I waited. The manager asked for the order and I kindly told him to change his gloves since it is the wayhow it is supposed to be. He got a very terrible attitude and told me that he won't change his gloves. He kept refusing tochange his gloves. I told him that I won't be buying any subs. On my way out he pointed his knife and yelling, "Are you sure youwon't buy anything". I know at that point I should have called the police but the manager should be thankful for my patience.Also, on my way out he made a terrible racist comment! This kind of subway franchise owners are seriously not needed in oursociety. It was exactly 11AM and please look at the camera footage of how he pointed the knife at me! Read more
