My family and I visited this particular Starbucks and not only was the girl working the drive thru extremely rude, but when they... made our drinks, they never put espresso in the coffees. It was nothing but steamed milk and a tad bit of flavor. I?m extremelydisappointed and for how much I visit Starbucks on a regular basis because I?m a coffee nut, this was the worst service I?veever experienced at a Starbucks. Not to mention, we?re from out of town and we were on the road with family. I try and giveretail/restaurant workers the benefit of the doubt and especially during the holidays, but this was uncalled for. We were niceand not rude at all. I?m going to only assume the workers didn?t want to be at work on a Saturday or Saturday night. I probablywon?t ever go back when visiting the area. Read more
When you go to a place and you have eight employees, talking and having fun behind the counter and you are the only one in the... line waiting for anyone to take your order and after 30 seconds, none of the EIGHT ones is interested, you just leave and buyyours's daughter beverage at the next gas station. Starbucks; you should stop doing commercials about your new seasonal drinksand spent more money in training your people about what is passion for a good customer service is. Ordered here and they didn?t have half the drinks I wanted. Got to the window and forgot to ask for a small cup of water and... asked the girl for one and apologized for the mistake and she still rudely said ?next time you need to make sure you order thisat the box? and then rang me up for it??? i?m sorry, I didn?t know a cup of water would make or break your business especiallyconsidering I was the only person in line. I love the quality of drinks in this Starbucks location. The only reason I am deducting a star for their slow service, which... might be due to the drive thru service. However, when I get their well made drinks, I forget about the delay. If you are in ahurry I would recommend going to another location. Read more

Extremely Busy ALWAYS; AVOID if possible. As of late October 2021, their indoor area is still closed, so you have no other... option but to go through the unreasonably long drive thru. Mobile orders must go through the drive thru as well. Avoid ifpossible; there are other starbucks in the area. Read more
Out of every Starbucks institution I've been to, this one is the best. I love how they make my drink. No lie! Other places would... either add too much water, ice, or sweetener. But this one did mine splendidly. I'm a regular. Haha. Read more
