Painfully slow. You can actually feel time stand still as you watch the sloth-like staff leisurely stroll from one side of the... kitchen to the other. Orders arent even coming in that quickly tonight - 3 out of 4 kiosks were out of order and no one wasmanning the cash registers. Check out the picture...no one was there! It's not closing time either. It's friggin 7:28pm. Lookingaround the restaurant, no one actually had their food. Everyone was just waiting for their orders. This branch sucks. I cantbelieve they replaced Choolah with this mess. Bring back Choolah! Read more
Burgers and shakes are the BEST! When they first opened they were definitely slow. But I?ve seen a noticeable improvement in... speed and service. Just picked up burgers and a chicken sandwich and wait was less than 8 minutes. Sometimes their online appordering has been unavailable in the evenings. That needs to improve because I live in the area and like to just have it readyfor pickup. Fortunately, ordering at the counter has gotten much faster. Again, awesome food always good. 30 minutes for a simple hamburger. This was the 2nd time I tried the place. The first time we waited over 45 minutes for our... order. Both times, our order was magically ready when I asked for a refund so I could finally leave. The people working behindthe grill seem to be working hard and the ones in the front are kind and courteous. It must be a management issue making sureeverything flows right and there is enough staff on hand for the meal rushes, etc. Read more
This is another great addition to NOVA?s shake shack locations! It is conveniently located in Mosaic District, making it easy to... park, access it as well as walk around and enjoy the shopping center after eating. The store itself is big and was clean on ourvisit. The menu is oddly placed on a far left wall not near the cashier, but you can always look up their menu online to makethings easier. The smokeshack tasted delicious. They offer mayo and ketchup packets but the mayo packet was hard to open up.Their water bottle sizes are a generous portion. Shake Shake never misses when it comes down to the food. With this new location location in Mosaic, it has been great so far... from my experience. The Food: I went with the double stack avocado bacon burger with a side of crinkle cut fries. The burgerwas nicely cooked and delicious as always. The fries were crisp and paired with with the shack sauce. The Service: for thislocation, they had multiple ordering kiosks for you to use, but there was one register taking orders as well. The kiosk was easyto navigate and very straightforward. The time it took for me to get my order was longer than I'd like, but that variesdepending on time/day. Overall, solid 4/5. So excited for a shake shack closer to us! We used to have to trek to Tysons and weave through mall traffic just for a... burger. Really nicely designed restaurant - good amount of outdoor seating and a ton of indoor seating. Still have new openingstruggles - 15 min wait for our order and the fries weren't filled up all the way. They corrected immediately once we brought itto their attention. Good burger and food, washroom was clean, but not the healthiest. The healthiest option is the chicken burger with lettuce wrap.
We had a great experience here! Super clean and well run, service was fairly fast. Little highly priced but that's the nature of... the area. The food and shakes were really good. Read more
