I have been waiting for a Roots location in Northern VA for years! It was the best day ever to have one finally open in Fairfax.... Every time I have been in Richmond or passed through Charlottesville I have made an effort to stop at Roots. Their salads andbowls are so good! Way better than any other salad/bowl place. Healthy and reasonably priced food. And it helps that they are a Charlottesville based, UVA alumni operated business.
