I?ve only eaten at the Fairfax VA location, and both times I ordered ?A Wreck?. It?s just a really good sub; it?s pretty big,... and the bread and other ingredients have tasted delicious and fresh. Plus I?m a pig, and I?m barely able to finish a large one;most both times I?ve had one I ate one half the day I got it, and the other half the following day at work. I personally thinkit?s a great tasting sub and a good value. But I?ve only eaten ?A Wreck?; I don?t know about the other menu items. Read more
Rude staff members! Love the food but felt that the staff were very unfriendly and unkind towards me! Ordered a salad and felt... like I was waiting forever. Shame because the food is generally good here. Not sure why I was singled out in particular. Read more
Great experience coming in and ordering. Also great experience with the food prep. Food tasted great. Only issue?terrible... service when you go to pay. Person working gave incorrect information. Didn?t hand us our food?talked in a disrespectful mannerand didn?t bother to apologize about their behavior or mistakes?pretty sure you don?t set customers food on a side area and thenexpect them to know it?s theirs if they haven?t been there before..also not knowing their main combo doesn?t include a drink andthen saying it does? Best potbelly?s in the northern va area by far! I got my normal wreck sandwich and my boyfriend got the gyro special and both... were great. We?ve never had the gyro before so thank you Michelle for recommending this! Read more
The Potbelly at Fairfax Corner is the best one ever. My elderly mom and I have been going in at least once a week since the... summer. Hands down it?s the best? The best service, the best prepared food, the best atmosphere, and most importantly the niceststaff - with a special shout out to Anthony who we?ve gotten to know since first going in. His friendliness, attitude, andgenuine interest in my mom and me having a good meal and enjoyable time makes a visit to this Potbelly better than dinner at theRuth Chris Steakhouse at the other end of block, actually, ten times better. First photo below shows the ?Italian sub? as advertised and shown on menu; Other photos show what was actually delivered when... ordered via Uber Eats - a plain bread with 2 thin slices of meat and a thin slice of cheese - none of the other sandwich fixensshown and that you would expect with an Italian sub; no dressing or condiments either. Good relaxing environment, quick service, casual atmosphere. I personally stop here for lunch before I walk into the Cinemark... cinema and they provide a decent selection of sandwiches, desserts, beverages along with custom ingredients, toppings, etc. Ilike having their Wack Sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes and mayo included and I haven't gotten tired of it yet.
