I have not been to this restraunt in many years. I stopped by today after a rough past few hours. The man working the counter... was friendly and efficient and brightened the mood of the day. Sadly i did not catch his name. I enjoyed the quick service andgood food. I ordered the italian with hot peppers. The peppers were better than I remembered. Incredibly rude service. Came in yesterday morning. I was greeted by a lady with the rudest attitude and she made my sandwich... very poorly. The sandwich was very messily put together and she was very stingy with the portions. Worst customer service I?vereceived by far. She had glasses and braids. Potbelly's food is terrific. Love their sandwiches, atmosphere, and flexibility on deliver and pick up. Sometimes logistics for... delivery orders don't always go right, but the managers always work to exceed expectations and help out. Thanks Potbelly's! Read more
It was easy to order and we got our food fast. Maybe a little pricey in my opinion for a sandwich but I can't really complain.
This place is consistently awesome. I usually get a bigs chicken club with mushrooms(roasted), bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion,... and Mayo, and wow. It?s insane. I don?t really want to try anything else, as the sandwich I choose is consistently good. Also, Iwould definitely recommend the oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. Don?t knock it til you try it. My only complaint is pretty old.September/October of 2021, when I scheduled my sandwich for a certain time, they just made it when they got the order in, so itwas cold when I picked it up. They stopped doing this pretty quickly, as i came in early once and asked if they could make itthen, and when I realized it was done already, the person that made it was made fun of by his coworkers. My family and I ordered online from Potbelly for delivery, as we have COVID and couldn?t do pick up. When the order was not out... for delivery at the promised time of 5:30pm, I called the store to check in on it. The manager I spoke to informed me there wasnothing they could do- a third party delivers it and she could see there was no driver assigned, but she couldn?t contact thethird party or provide me either the service or the contact information from them. When asked if there was anything we could doto actually get it delivered, we were told no. Getting this information (and her name so we would have a record of who we talkedto) out of her was torturous. We have 2 small kids and can?t wait for an order that may or may never come, so we asked for arefund. We were then told she?d contact the district manager and we?d get the refund in 5 business days. We won?t be orderingfrom this store again and won?t recommend it for others who can?t do pick up. Read more
