This is literally the worst Popeyes location I?ve ever been to. The register employee failed to understand what a ?dinner?... option is for the chicken sandwich which is exactly how it?s displayed on their app and I explained it to her multiple times aswell, which resulted in me receiving the wrong order. The register employee also didn?t understand how to scan in my QR code formy app rewards. The worst thing is, when I asked them for a water cup, they proceeded to tell me ?We don?t have any water cup?so I couldn?t even drink water with my meal. Services is atrocious at this location. At 6:10pm the mobile app with the offers did not let me place an order as it said the restaurant was closed. In speaking with... the cashier in person they did not understand that I wanted the deal in the mobile app. They got what appeared to be a managerinvolved and they understood but said that online orders are closed even thought the restaurant doesn?t close for another 50minutes. Horrific customer service! This is the third and final time I?ll ever make mistake ordering from this location. Consistently,... employees ignore any person standing in pickup area for mobile orders. One exception: if you look like you can and do speakSpanish, you?ll receive exquisite customer service. I do politely tell employees at counter I?m here to pickup my mobile order,or placed order # 1234 at the register. Told to stay at designated spot ? and ignored.
