I was famished, perusing menus posted in successive restaurants in Pan Am Center. Really hoping for a dish liaded with tender... veg. I always judge by what makes my mouth water as I'm reading. Two pretty young ladies on the way in advised me that this istheir fave pho source, preferring shrimp pho. I chose steak pho with extra noodles and an order of sha cha (crispy brown goodbut too greasy ~ next time I'll try shrimp rolls). Used to come here for the last 15 years. It has had consistently good pho, with decent amount. However, in the last few visits... it was completely off. The last 2 : 1. July 2022 - was there with my friend and my son. My friend and I ordered large pho. Hegot proper amount and I got 3/4of what he got. I asked the owner - the older lady - and it was fixed. However, when paying, Ithought it was too much. Checked the amounts and the kid's size was charged as a regular. Thank you for such "treatment"! 2.August 6 2022 - my son wanted pho after skating at the fairfax ice arena, so he went to get it - he is 12 - he ordered aregular size. After getting home and unpacking, it was clear that it was not a regular size. I asked him what he paid- $13.This is not a kids size price. I suggest take your business somewhere else instead of coming here. The owner told me she istrying to retire, so may be the business and customers are not their priority. Sad. The pho here is good, but a little inconsistent. The broth tends to taste different each time I come, and it?s never been bad... but sometimes it?s just not as good as I?ve had it been before. The grilled lime chicken is delicious if you?re not in the moodfor pho! The service is fast, the place is clean, and the prices are very fair. Read more
This is one of those places that from the outside you wouldn't give it a second thought. But trust me, go in! The service is... friendly and the Pho is amazing. It may not be the flashiest place you have ever been, but really, who cares. The food isgreat! Don't pass this place by, go in and enjoy! Read more
I pay 25$ for two children noodle soup the noodle and little,little bit chicken, little bit souce I will never ever go there... again. I will go to the one in Fairfax are always great and better for your money.I will love to leave no star at all if Icould. Look there really dirty for what I pay for. Read more
Food was good. Service attentive without being over bearing. But service also a bit whacky. They brought us the summer rolls and... spring rolls pictured despite them not being our order. When we told them the first guy just kept going - definitely someconfusion ensued. The stuff we did order was good though. I'd go back. Read more
This isn't the first order that I have had at this restaurant. During rainy day or cold day when you crave something warm and... rich, I always ordered pho, fresh rolls, and chicken wings. When you eat the pho, you can tell that they don't hold back oningredients and everything tastes really good. Unfortunately during covid times I didn't feel comfortable eating in therestaurant so I had to take them as a carry out. Therefore, it really tastes better when you actually eat at the restaurant forboth chicken wings and pho. Try them out especially when you crave something rich and tasteful. =) Read more
I have never dined in but always ordered to go. I work in the area and saw how close they were and with the previous reviews I... decided to try them out. IM SO GLAD I DID! The broth is very good along with the meat and noodles. I also tried the VermicelliBowl with Pork and Egg rolls and definitely was great. The people who took my order were very nice and checked me out in atimely manner. My food was always ready to go as soon as I arrived. Can't wait to try to dine in one of these days :) Read more
