This place needs to learn how have a grand opening correctly. They advertised on FB for a grand opening today at 11am. Their... ad said first 50 guest get a free flame grilled chicken with a side of rice. Next 50 guest get buy 1 get 1 free chickensandwich. We got there around 10am and were probably the 20th people in line. Come 11:00 they didn't open, they just spent abunch of time taking videos a photos of the line. At 11:30 they finally started letting people in. It wasn't till almost12:00 that we got to the register (remember there was only like 20 people ahead of us). The gentleman running the cash registertold us it was 1 free meal per family (not per guest like advertised). We ordered 2 sandwiches and a kids meal (which wasreally expensive, $9 for a kids meal) As we waited I mentioned to the owner/manger about the chicken and he he was nice enoughto take care of it and throw in an extra. When we got home we noticed none of the chicken's we received had the side of rice(which they typically charge $4 for). Grant it, it was free, but had I gone there and paid $12.99 (the cost of chicken andrice) and only received the chicken I'd be really annoyed). Quick and very friendly service. We got the fried chicken sandwich (hot) and the honey butter fried chicken sandwich (medium... spice) with peri fries and coleslaw as sides and it was delicious!! All I have to say is WOW! Food is Halal too! Excellent customer service. Even the chef came from around the back just to ask... me if my food tasted good and if I needed anything he would be ready. I ordered potato wedges, 1/4 chicken shrimp, tacos andeven the chicken nuggets for the kids were good! Read more
