Super clean, nice, welcoming. First time coming to a Peets and I must say the frappe is much better than Starbucks. Fresher... taste and not full of ice like Starbucks. The barista on the afternoon of Sunday, 5/23 made me the BEST oat milk hazelnut iced latte and was also very kind in making sure... the coffee was decaf. Good customer service all around. Read more
Had a quick order and realized that first the quality of coffee was very good at peet?s. Also, the staff, Jason, was very nice... and professional, he took care of my order very quick and even refunded when the order was wrong. The seating area is verycomfortable. Read more

I have been to lots of Peet?s location but this has to be by far the worse location in terms of customer service. The cashier... that took my order was not pleasant I had to repeat myself 3-4 times and the order still was incorrect. The other baristas allhad attitude when handing people their drinks. Tried to say thank you for the drink and the girl walked away from me. I feellike customer service training is really necessary for this location. Read more
