Terrible customer service when calling about a problem with my order. Had to call twice before getting an answer and the... employee was rude and aggressive on the phone. They didn?t send part of my delivery order because they didn?t have it available,they made no effort to inform me of this or offer a substitute. Read more

A great place to swing by for a pastry, but if ordering anything else with wait time, expect to be there for a little while. I... give myself about 30 min before class to order, receive it, and eat in. Never had it personally, but I?ve seen people get theirorders wrong so always double check. Read more

I have gone to this Panera bread location 2 days in a row and it will most likely be the last time I ever go there. I ordered a... grilled cheese sandwich, modified to add beef. The beef was undercooked, some spots even had red blood soaked into the inside ofthe sandwich. I pushed this off and took it as a potential error and gave it another shot. The next day, I ordered a grilledcheese sandwich, modified to include chicken this time. Not only was the chicken pink and undercooked, it had some small spotsof blood in the chicken as well. I understand that there is a sense of urgency to push meals out to hungry customers, but ifyou aren?t taking the safety of your own clients, you don?t deserve to be in business. Save yourself from potentially gettingsick and maybe buy stuff that isn?t going to include meat, and make sure you double check your cooked meats to see if they evenbothered to cook it all the way. Normally my food is pretty fresh and tasty here, but my last sandwich had the most appallingly brown and slimy piece of lettuce... I've ever laid eyes on. Idk why this happened, but I hope this never happens to anyone else, because it was stomach churning. Read more

They have the best customer service and it is my favorite place to be at on campus. Gary is by far the best manager I have ever... met in the food service industry. David always smiles and has a positive attitude. I love being served by the regular workersthere (Leana and Gladys) and I have never had a problem with my orders. They have high standards and the quality is always fresh:) Read more

Among all other fast-food/restaurants in Mason, they have the best customer service. The staffs are very patient, friendly and... are always smiling. The food is also fresh. It always gets very busy, so be prepared to stay in line for about 10 minutes. Theonly issue I have is that, in recent days, my order has been messed up many items. They do gladly offer to correct your order,however, it just takes a lot of time (which is not always possible). And sometimes even when the order is right, the food doeslook like the staffs rushed to prepare it (like the veggies and the meat outside of the sandwich and such). Except that greatservice and definitely worth a try. Read more
