Apparently a local chain. Pretty decent and unsophisticated pizza. Saw some add for a "Gameday" deal so decided to try it. ... Somehow my wife accidentally ordered extra pepperoni when ordering online so it was a bit much in that regard, but still good. Might be a bit expensive for what it is without using a web special or coupon. Read more
The message is for the outstanding customer service I received from Nate, the store Manager the Main St. location. I ordered a... pizza with the incorrect toppings (my mistake) however, he took it upon himself to make me a new pie a no cost to me after Iexplained that my wife really loved sausage and onion pizza toppings. But the most important part of this entire engagement wasthat my 8 yr old also informed me that she was so pleased because the employees did not only seem happy but they where alsokind. I read everyone review. I know and see why this place didn't receive better reviews. The front desk cashier is swamped. She is... trying to answer phones, take orders in person, and hand out people food. The rest of the workers are in the back making pizzas.The lady in the front need help. She gave me the wrong receipt to sign..it wasn't a big deal until she said she would nevernoticed. That tells you she is overworked. Please get her help! Besides that, my pizza was so good. Read more
Ordered delivery online. One large pie half and half, and a chef salad. First the good, delivery was fast and the salad was... good. Two stars earned. Now the bad, not sure how someone can mess up the toppings when they are clearly spelled out on theorder but it happened. Neither side came out as expected. Second, clearly provided instructions where to deliver and how toopen gate for a no contact hand off. Well written instructions and spoken instructions twice through my ring doorbell were notsufficient. Had to walk out and meet the driver. Anyhoot, I know times are hard, covid, etc, but if I plunk down 80 bucks fora pizza and salad I would hope for a better experience. Read more
