This was our first trip. The food was fresh and delicious. We liked all our food. My complaint is that there is no pricing... available. Unless you order a pre made meal we were not sure how many things we could get in each section. Read more

I usually pick up food from Mezeh when I'm in the area. I noticed a trend where the bowls of the sit down and dine option appear... bigger than the to-go bowls. Also portion sizes are inconsistent, it really depends on who is serving you and when you tell theserver putting the portions in thr bowl that they're not putting the right amount, they look at you rudely and say that's whatit is and will charge you more. I have started to also notice that the Hispanic staff (9/15/2022) is more rude than the othersin general. Like others have noticed, they don't greet you. They start speaking in Spanish among themselves when you ask forsomething as though they're talking about you. They don't put right portions and then talk back as though - how dare I challengethem. This place used to have really good staff. I'm all for diversity but Mezeh is a professional/work environment and whileyou're customer-facing..speak in English with the customer unless the customer also speaks Spanish because not all theircustomers speak Spanish and it is extremely rude to speak in Spanish (especially in a frustrating/disgusted manner) to acolleague right in front of the customer because it can be misconstrued. Some professionalism is expected here since this placeis a restaurant and not the personal home of employees working there. If the right portion of food is served in a courteousmanner..I think this place will be back to old glory...because c'mon..the food ain't cheap as McDonald's to serve small portionsand be disrespectful. I think the owners/managers should pay someone to randomly stop by the premises from time to time andcheck to see if it meets the standards set by Mezeh Management ...that is of course if Management at Mezeh cares about itscustomers ..especially in a competitive industry. Clean, fast, quality is always good, and I always get friendly service no matter how busy they get. I go pretty often for a... quick easy dinner. I really like eating here bc I?m able to easily grab a seat, put in my airpods so I can eat my meal in peace. Read more

Delicious! Kinda wish they would give more meat, but overall very tasty. Love the variety of different things you get in a bowl.... Lamb was the best in my opinion, but you don't get a lot and it costs extra as well. It's 5he closest one to where we live andwill definitely be coming back. The staff we also very nice. Read more

Although I wouldn't consider this is a typical traditional Mediterranean food place, the food was very tasty and the staff were... extremely nice. If you are looking for the typical kabob and other Mediterranean platters you're not going to find it there. Read more

I went to this location Friday and picked up a bowl from fair oaks mall I live about 30 mins away from the mall when I got home... I was eating my food and I found a long strand of hair in it. The person who had served me was first a guy then a woman tookover for the toppings. I was disgusted and immediately took images and tried to call the location multiple times that day andSaturday at different times not a single person picked up the phone the phone would just keep ringing. I then messaged customersupport when my receipt came to my email and no one has bothered to reach back yet either. No establishment should keep hygieneat such a low standard wear hair nets or hair ties I shudder at the thought of what else they might get away with. Read more
