The sushi was awful, I've been eating raw fish for a decade now and this was the first place I took a bite of sashimi and the... fish either had bones in it or it was still frozen. Ordered takeout of the salmon avocado roll and the spicy tuna. Both were very subpar and the salmon has almost no taste- very... low quality raw fish. The wasabi had no flavor. My boyfriend got the salmon teriyaki and shrimp tempura and felt they were okat best. Read more
First off, they have real physical menus that you can hold and read. Service was spectacular. The dishes are well portioned and... were absolutely delicious. Pricing was perfect regarding the size and freshness of their ingredients. The loss of a star comesfrom the soft drinks being in cans and that not being stated on the menu. Overall, we will be back. The ramen is literally just a tossed salad and last night?s spaghetti. Charitably, it looks like a 4th grader made it. Assorted... raw vegetables thrown into a bath of noodles and salt water. I tasted it a few times but honestly I cannot stop laughing at whatwas going into my mouth. If shaved raw carrot and hearty slices of red bell pepper are your thing (no egg, either), then orderthis bizarre glorified tossed salad and enjoy your authentic Japanese meal. Read more
Consistently one of my favorite places in Mosaic. Their traditional rolls and speciality rolls just have a clean and flavorful... taste. I especially like the pumpkin and sweet potato tempura rolls as a unique treat. Read more
Went on a Friday night. Was average busy but half of restaurant was cornered off for pickup orders. We came in just behind... another couple followed by a single. Hostess was kinda rude and sat the single before us at a large table which didn't makemuch sense. Anyway, sushi rolls were unique to include Super Toro, and Irom Chef Special but slices of sashimi were on smallerside than other sushi places I have been. Service was fine. Will probably not go back as plenty of other better sushi placesin area. Read more
I saw the reviews online but had already been to 3 other places that had long wait times. I should have known that that was the... start of a truly horrible experience. The food I had tasted like it came straight from the frozen food isle to the fridge for aweek into a microwave onto a plate. This would have been acceptable had the service had been even EXISTENT. At every turn we hadto flags down the waiter (mind you, in a restaurant with just our party of 5) for anything we needed. Then we got hit with anautomatic 20% gratuity for our party of 5. If you want to be your own server eating mediocre at best food this is the place togo!! Read more
