I saw the reviews online but had already been to 3 other places that had long wait times. I should have known that that was the... start of a truly horrible experience. The food I had tasted like it came straight from the frozen food isle to the fridge for aweek into a microwave onto a plate. This would have been acceptable had the service had been even EXISTENT. At every turn we hadto flags down the waiter (mind you, in a restaurant with just our party of 5) for anything we needed. Then we got hit with anautomatic 20% gratuity for our party of 5.
