I ate at a First Watch restaurant in Virginia Beach and was not disappointed. It's been several years since and I visited the... one in Chantilly. Wow is the food always great. How had I never been here before today?! This place is amazing and truly customized to whatever needs or high maintenance... requests you have. You want oatmeal cookie creamer? They got you. I would highly recommend getting in line via the app ahead of time. After checking in with the host, we only waited 5 minutes... (we arrived 10 minutes early) to be seated. The food was amazing and came out quickly. We got the salmon benedict, the elevatedegg sandwich, and the biscuits & gravy. All of it was really yummy and they did not skimp on the salad at all. We also had theircoffee and my mom said it was her favorite coffee at a restaurant so far! Our server was Carlos and he was VERY attentive andchecked in with us regularly despite it being busy. I was surprised at how busy it was for a Tuesday but the service was quitegood and the food came out quickly.
