Ordered for curbside pick up. My wife got to the area and I clicked here and followed directions. According to my wife no one... came out and no one came to the car. After 15 minutes of her waiting I called the store where the manager Lexi was very rudeabout the process saying she went out there and didn?t see a car. When asked what protocols they have if they don?t see anyoneshe said that she just went back inside. No phone call to the person who ordered and no notification that the order wasattempted to be delivered curb side. After arguing back and forth I was able to finally cancel my order. Been coming to this exact dominos for 20 years; clean and well-managed location ,fantastic service, prompt delivery, pizza... bombastic fantastic and sides are ALWAYS as ordered and the only time I?ve ever experienced a mistake in my order they wentabove and beyond to correct it. I have attempted to order here now four times within the operating hours of this store, and have always seen an error on the... website. The error did not indicate the store was closed. I have never spoken to a person who works at this place, because everytime, even nearly an hour before the posted closing times, the phone has not been answered. Once I was even hung up on (theemployee picked up the phone and put it back down). Now I don't actually care about the employees. People are allowed to belazy, or make mistakes, or whatever. I just need to know: when is the store open? Does it still exist? When are times I amguaranteed to have an order filled by this establishment? As a pure matter of practicality, I'm not angry, I just need to knowwhen the store is open, so I can order food from it, which I want to do, and will, if I can ever find out when its open. I'lledit this and change it to five stars if someone can just reply with the correct operating hours. Even the Dominos website says1AM during the week and 2AM fri and sat. I enjoy ordering from this Domino?s. Their pizza is always fresh and the thin and crispy crust is exactly that, not like the... other place we used to order from. I have the marinara sauce put on my pizza. I love the flavor. Their salads are always crispand fresh. The dessert is awesome! If you like buttery cinnamon rolls then you?ll love these. Read more
Okay. I guess these guys were having an off night...but I called, and was not mean or anything, just to alert them that there... was an issue...and I will say the manager went above and beyond to make it right. My kids work in food service, so I get it. And the manager did right. I appreciate it. If he hadn't reacted the way he did, then we would have taken our pizza businesselsewhere...but he reacted appropriately. We will be back for sure. Read more
Imagine one moment that you had in your life where you were just so angry, filled with rage, that your eyes start to turn black... that was me today trying to order this pizza. It was a rough day at work at the hospital and I was starving since I didn?t havetime to eat lunch. My boyfriend ordered some pizza and this dude.. the driver left it at the store twice the pizza was orderedat 7:44 PM and it was 9 PM and I was thinking where the hell is my food.
