I should have read the reviews before coming here for veterans day. I ordered online with my son who is also mitary. A very rude... cashier with a big smile in her face said my order was cancelled. I ordered online and waited 20 minutes in the parking lot. Ididn't receive an email or a call saying my order was cancelled. My son got his sandwich but it ended up in the trash. Food wasinedible, overcooked and flavorless dry pork and stale bread. I would never eat here again and you should do the same. Read more

So this is the second and last time I'll be ordering from this Dickeys. Last time I ordered from here I got one wrong item which... wasn't the biggest issue... meanwhile today most of my order was wrong, missing, or lacking in quality. Ordered the three meatplate and two of the meat selections were wrong, received none of the sauces I asked for, mac and cheese barely filled the smallbowl half-way, and all the food was cold. Think I'll be sticking to other Dickeys in the area from now on and hope others do thesame. Read more

the food is okay at best. the bread is hard and the customer service is absolutely terrible. she refused to sell me the brisket... cheese fries even though I literally saw someone grabbed them. It was also around 4pm, I would understand if it was close toclosing but I was so early and they weren?t helpful at all. The lady who was working wouldn?t even help me, she only tried todeter me from ordering. I asked for fries with cheese and she wouldn?t even give me the cheese. LIKE WHAT?! I literally paid formy food, give me what I?m paying for. I refuse to come back here ever again unless she (the cashier) is fired. Even the chef wasmore helpful and I couldn?t even understand him due to his drunken speech. Read more

UPDATE #2 - 7/19/2022 We finally remembered to take our vouchers to the same store to redeem. Wow - the person who waited on us... was straight up rude!! He calmed down and I explained to him why we had the vouchers. To which he said, "If it you had a badexperience, then why are you back?" I looked at my son with disbelief in how rude he was. I explained to him again that wewanted to give the restaurant another chance. He then tells us that his restaurant does not accept or participate in the vouchersystem. He gave me alternate places to go to but I gave up then and there. Dickey's BBQ at the Fair Oaks mall is in desperateneed of retraining for the service reps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!UGH UPDATE: The social media team reached out within days ofmy experience and have taken action to resolve. MTF but do appreciate them reaching out. What a terrible experience!! I senttheir team an email stating as so as their only response was, "Sorry i think so next visit is better." Yes, that was theirresponse for poor customer service and terrible food with outrageous prices. I sent them another response in an attempt to gainclarity on their original response and got this, "What would you like us to do for you? , in our place and more than 200 pardonsenter per day and they like our food . thank you for your positive comment." Updated 7/22/22: So, I've been here twice and both times were not great in terms of customer service. This evening when my... family and I went, my husband and I ordered the "Daily Special" - Pulled pork 1 meat plate. The Daily Special sign says it comeswith a Big Yellow Cup and 2 sides. My husband and I were both given a Little Yellow Cup. I asked the cashier why we were notgiven a Big cup and she said the Daily Special comes with the Little Cup. I pointed out that the sign says Big Cup. My husbandand I both double-checked the sign to make sure we weren't mistaken. She muttered something that I couldn't understand - mayhave been English or may have been another language - and walked from the back to read the sign. She insisted she always givesthe Little Cup with the Daily Special. Again, I pointed out that the Big Cup comes with the Special. She went back behind thecounter and gave us the Big Cups, still muttering something I couldn't understand and rolling her eyes. It was unprofessionaland ruined our dining experience. Read more

The absolute worst customer service ever. In the pic is a 2 meat combo. This is clearly not enough compared to other Dickeys... locations. The bread was like a brick and need less to say after reporting this issue to the corporate office on the Dickeyswebsite. The manager Jose ran up on me in a threatening manner and shouted this is not true with customer in the location. Thisguy is unprofessional and stay away from this place. As you can see with the other reviews this place has alot of issues foodissue such as portion size and mold. I will be sending a email to the CEO to see if location contacted about this issues. Worst brisket I?ve ever had. Store smelled of old food. Brisket was green in color and tasted days old. Also like it had been... sitting in water and then microwaved. Not worth 13$ or 13 cents for that matter. Threw the entire plate away. Disgusting. Read more
