There was a crowd on Saturday afternoon, but service was good. We only got vanilla cones--really ice milk but good flavor... (though the cones were stale/slightly tough)--and a brownie. The brownie was fabulous and worth returning for. Read more
Double check your order at the drive through. Two visits in a row they have forgotten items in our order. When you call to have... the item credited back to your cc, they ask you to drive back down there to pickup the missing items. Nobody wants to drive backto pick up an item. But they insist and even offer to let you come back on another day to receive the missing items. They needbetter accountability for poor service. Read more
Chick-fil-a used to be the quickest fast food experience. Now they are the slowest. This applies to every location. I don?t know... why this is, other than they have too many options for ordering and are overloaded. But then I realize that they are SLOW nomatter what time of day it is. OH, and just as I?m typing this review, I am handed a milkshake that is 50% smaller than the oldones, for the same price. I miss the old Chick-fil-a. Read more
Great food, fairly inexpensive and people are always nice. Facilities are clean, it wasn't packed, so great experience overall.... It's not as large as some of the locations outside of heavily populated areas, but they still have a drive thru and all that.There's even a cow with lights on it outside. Read more
I usually have no problems with this chic fila but this time....make sure you don't order breakfast if it's close to lunchtime.... I ordered a breakfast bowl and it's looks like they picked the eggs out the trash because that's all they could find. I have alittle PIECE of egg. It would've been better if they just canceled my breakfast instead of not making it correctly! Read more
I wish I could give more stars! I was having the worst day ever today, and Marvin, the manager, went above and beyond to make... my day better! I couldn't believe how helpful and respectful he was on the phone, even close to the end of his shift, and hestayed at the restaurant to greet me! Not only that, but when I picked up my online order there, he communicated clearly with mewhen it would be ready. Marvin is one of the most professional managers I've met at a restaurant in a looong time, and heprovided excellent customer service! This Chick-fil-A has a nicer appearance outside than others I've seen, and the inside was nicely decorated for Christmas, which... was a pleasant touch. However, it is smaller than others I've been to, and the drive through line can block parking spaces. Theservice was very fast and quite friendly and the food tasted good, but not very hot. The table we sat at inside was dirty butbrought to the attention of an employee, quickly remedied. Overall I had a good experience at this Chick-fil-A and I'm glad Ivisited. Read more
