Just a poor experience all around. The restaurant was less than half full, and yet service was at a crawl. In fact, I witnessed... another guest complaining that they had waited for almost 50 minutes without even getting bread. The staff was also veryunprofessional, you could here them arguing from the kitchen, and one staff member even used profanity loudly while walking by atable with children at it. As to the food, I was even further disappointed. The steak was completely over cooked, dry and chewyand tastelss, and the salad was a soggy mess. I managed to get the meat down simply because I was starving, but left most of thesalad on the plate. And the dessert was a bland thing that left my craving completely unsatisfied. If this was their performanceon a dead night, I would hate to see how things are on a busy night. Read more

Great food and service! The GM even came by to check on us to apologize for the "extra wait" we had. We didn't experience any... additional waiting time. LOL Our server was on the spot and my bourbon cocktail was spot on. Great experience. Read more

Wound up in Fair Oaks Mall for some business and got finished before 4 PM so dropped into Brio to see if they had a Happy Hour.... They did - and it was a rally good one! Bartender, Artie, was super! He made some great drinks - especially when we said to,"surprise us". The food was very tasty. I especially enjoyed the pepperoni flatbread. We tried everything on the Happy Hourmenu. We had plenty of time since HH went from 3 - 7PM. They have a great outdoor patio bar section as well. Unlike so many barsin the post-COVID era that have a very minimal menu for HH, Brio's HH menu offers mixed drinks, beer, wines, sangria, and a niceselection of food. Read more

This is an Italian Restaurant. We just went there for happy hour. The food and my tropical Martini drink were all 50% off... from 3 pm-6 pm. It's the best! The waiter was good. I will go back there again. We also had lunch one day. Their portion werehuge ????. Ask for medium or large options. Otherwise, they are huge portions. Lunch and dinner prices are also high, likeany other restaurant ???? ????. Read more

DO NOT COME HERE bro this place is gonna be on restaurant impossible one day overall 2.7/10 the only good thing was the... seating outside was nice. all the pastas we got were overcooked and the lasagna looked microwaved the presentation on everythingwas horrible. also the 'chocolate cake' was literally a mug cake..? •We are not gonna even talk about how bad the service waswe had to wait 20 minutes for the waiter WHEN THE RESTAURANT WAS INSANELY SLOW then he literally didn't even know how tocommunicate bro. like he literally was like 'what do you want' and was walking away when we were talking to him. we asked himfor bread like 4 times and never got it. but aleast we got free dessert because of the bread mishap. anyway the food was likebelow mid & service was terrible. BUT there was this nice old couple next to us so???? Read more
