Menu has been slashed to a bare minimum. Chicken, as well as everything else, was cooked to perfect mediocrity. Turkey, mashed... potatoes, all sandwiches and the flavored lemonades have been removed from the menu. This place is not even a shadow of itsformer self. When we went in, we were surprised to find that most items were entirely out of stock due to ?supply chain shortages?. I know... times are tough these days but it?s pretty hard to order when most things are out of stock: No sandwiches, salads, meatloaf, ora few varieties of chicken. The staff and manager seemed eager to help us around these shortages and maybe corporate was toblame for some of these issues but it was nonetheless disappointing. We we're moving so needed food to feed a crew. You can't go wrong with Boston Market for that. We got chicken and meatloaf with... the fixings. I personally live the creamed spinach. This place never disappoints. Read more
This location has gone completely down-hill! I was so disappointed with the food, as well as the service. To start, I order the... Side Sampler...Mash Potatoes and Mac & Cheese were "Soupy", the Spinach Casserole was just "Bland", and the Corn Bread...was andtasted like a wet sponge! The gentleman at the cash register was polite, until he attempted to take my order and my cash...andthen serve my food, without washing/sanitizing his hands! I kindly asked him to "Please put on gloves", which were directly infront of him...he responded, "I did not touch anything"! What?? Ordered 2 whole chicken but unfortunately one of the chicken is a bit dry. Their cornbread are just perfect because they?re not... too sweet. Chicken size aren?t consistent, sometimes small and sometimes it?s just right. Today the meatloaf and chicken arejuicy and perfectly cooked. Read more
The manager here treated us like royalty, and was especially gracious towards our 3 kids running around like they owned the... place. The cook served us at our table and brought us extra rolls! We love it here! Read more
