I came to this location at 9:25 tonight (Friday) to purchase a pint of prepared ice cream from the freezer. Before I could get... in the door an employee yelled that they were closed, which was confusing because Google says they close at 10pm. I apologizedand said I saw on Google that they close at 10 before turning to leave. That should have been the end of it. Update yourbusiness hours. I had no intention of arguing. There are other places. But, another employee snarkily replied ?well the doorsays 9.? If that were the case, I would have again apologized and left, except the door also says 10. So I checked again to besure I wasn?t seeing things and said by the way, your door says 10, and again turned to leave. The employee responded ?no itdoesn?t,? like a child. It?s bad enough that you?re not honoring your posted business hours, but arguing with customers when youare being confidently wrong is not a good look. I?m literally standing in front of your posted business hours sign. A. Honoryour hours or B. Accept the information, apologize for the mistake, and move on. But don?t try to gaslight your patrons becauseyou want to leave early on a Friday night. Read more

Very friendly staff. We stopped in right as they opened, they are under new management and were celebrating a reopening. A great... location to sit outside and enjoy some cold ice cream. There is seating just in front, and plenty of tables across the street inthe park as well. Classic Ben & Jerry?s flavors, and a few new that I haven?t seen before. The bathroom was a bit dirty, but the serving area/where you got your ice cream was very nice. Also, the tables outside were a... great addition! Now you can safely eat outside with your friends and family. Staff are very nice, but sometimes can mix up yourorder (mine has been mixed up 3 or 4 times and I come here like 60 days a year.) One year I ordered an ice cream cake and thewait was actually quite short, but they ended up mixing up my cake flavor order somehow. Anyways, nice place, nice people. Ugliest cake I've ever seen. Looked like lint more than clouds, no idea what happened to the lettering, icing was cracked dry,... discolored, and uneven, almost no cookie crumb center, and still charged $60+. Had me over a barrel - either I have no cake for30+ kids and adults that day or accept the hideous thing. NEVER ORDER A CAKE FROM THEM! Read more
I ordered Salty Caramel Blondie this time. I Always come to Ben & Jerry?s at Fairfax Corner location. Ice cream and movie... theater is always very good combination. Sometimes the family come here before the movie. Sometimes I come here to wait forpicking up my kid and his friends because the movie they wanted to watch is not my type. ???? Read more
This is a really cute shop which has a variety of ice cream flavors but I'll always be sticking to vanilla!! They also have a... variety of smoothies and shakes if you're not in the mood for ice cream. I love the area where this shop is located and I lovethe fact that they have outdoor seating! Visited multiple times requesting hand-packed pints, which I can only assume after my experiences is a heavy burden on the... staff. My first visit was met with an eye roll, heavy sigh, and a glance at another team member like there was a running joke.The second visit when I requested a pint, I got a finger pointed towards the freezer with an "over there" and another sigh uponclarifying that hand-packed is what I was there for. I fully understand that customers can be a pain to deal with, particularlywith nagging parents and the like during these trying times... but I'm not being rude or anything, I just want my pint of icecream, I don't feel like it's fair to be guilt tripped for asking for an item. No sense in purchasing anything at this locationwith this kind of service. Read more
