Service here is fine. But... They do not serve pretzels here apparently. I'm not sure what they call pretzels here is, but it's... not like any pretzel I've ever had. What they sell here are sweet and nasty tasting. Perhaps they are hiding the real pretzelsin the back. Oh, and that's the whole chain, not just this store. Buy a box of Super Pretzels as a much better choice thanbuying here. At least Super Pretzels are actual pretzels. Read more
In a world of paleo eaters and gluten allergies it feels like Auntie Anne sits as a relic to a bygone era of going home when the... street lights came on. Noone will accuse this pretzel shop of being complex or indulging in over creativity. In fact, you couldeasily describe Auntie Annes as Lite carnival eats. I had the Arnold Palmer which is an order that seemed to perplex thecashier as if I'd asked for the spaghetti basket with a side of ox tongue. Ask for a half and half lemonade but be sure to bespecific and request the unsweetened tea. The world is full of people who believe Arnold Palmer is code for diabetic shockinducing sweet tea and even sweeter lemonade. Read more
Be careful of this place. They overcharge you on regular pretzels by charging you for special pretzels. Asked for regular... pretzels bites and she charged me for the cinnamon ones and when I pointed it out she said oh it's the same price. It wasn'taccording to the menu and she rudely says "I don't know that's not my problem" awful customer service. Read more
