We prefer ordering with the app, however, they don't read the orders. They use the wrong bread, if you asked for it to be... toasted it isn't, they don't heat the bacon and serve it cold. We want to support our local restaurants, but it's getting hardwhen they can't read an order and make it. If you try to call, no one answers the phone and it instead goes to a fax line. Read more

So I?m hard of hearing and it?s hard for me to talk sometimes. But with all of the people wearing masks I can read lips. So when... I went in I wrote my order on my phone and handed it to the lady and she made my order and was very sweet and did amazing. Butafter I paid she came up to me and handed me free cookies and that is something that will stick with me for a long time. Read more
Went downhill under new management. Always running out of bread and veggies. Slow workers and one girl is always touching her... face with gloves on and doesn't replace gloves. Disgusting. Sandwiches are poorly put together. There was a couple good sandwichartists that would nicely put together subs but haven't seen them around for awhile. Read more
We ordered online and it said our order would be ready at 1. We go in and the blonde lady said it would be another 10 minutes... for our order. People after people kept piling in getting their order before us. We didn't get our order until about 1:40. Theblonde lady went on break and left two people in the store before our order was even done. No discount or nothing. Get ittogether.
