The food at this location is awful. I ordered the rib basket. The ribs were boiled with sauce on them and put on the grill for a... few minutes. No smoke flavor or color. I was very disappointed. I took them back up front and ordered a hamburger. I will notreturn to this location ever again. I used to go to the one in Peachtree City and have eaten in other locations throughoutAtlanta. This one is a short distance from my home. I'll drive the extra distance to Ohio BBQ or wait until I am near adifferent Shane's. I?m very disappointed in the half slab of barbecue ribs, mac?n?cheese, and baked beans I ordered Monday morning. When I returned... home to eat my food I noticed that the ribs had been reheated from the weekend when they originally cooked it. The meat wastough and did not fall off the bones like it usually does, and when I got to the second rib slice I could feel how cold it wasinside- refrigerator cold! The baked beans and mac?n?cheese were also NOT freshly cooked- they basically took it out of thefridge from the weekend and reheated it. I tried calling Shane?s Rib Shack to complain and tell them I was going to return myfood and request my $24 refund, but the phone rang several times without an answer- I literally called 20 times back to backwithout an answer. Perhaps they were busy taking phone orders and/or assisting dine in customers. I should have known somethingwas going to be wrong with my food when I heard one dine in customer complain about her baked beans and another customercomplaining about their fries while I was waiting for my order. It was my day off and all I wanted was to treat myself to afulfilling, tasty take out meal. I will NEVER spend my hardworking dollars at this restaurant again. I will drive 4 milesfurther up Senoia Rd to Ohio Hog Barbecue Company to buy some real smoked cooked freshly cooked ribs, baked beans andmac?n?cheese. Shane?s Rib Shack, you?ve got to do better! If you getting to go orders from here please check and make sure you open your sandwich wrappers. I told the lady what I had... ordered and was if right and she told me yes and I?m just getting home to find my order is wrong. This is not the first timethis have happened at this location. I don?t want to stand there unwrapping my order when there?s people waiting behind me toget their food. It?s not hard to check and make sure you gave the right sandwich and nothings missing. I order from here all the time and dine in.. I must say I am done with it. Shane, I love your BBQ and I was so happy to see that... she built one close to me but I have just had it with your staff. I ordered a big daddy combo and it did not come with fries.Lord you would think that I did something wrong by asking for the fries. I?m used to a little bit of attitude considering thearea but I have just had it. It took 25 minutes When I already ordered. I?m just done with it. Placed an order for delivery today. My meal was an overall disappointment. There was no sauce (which I specifically asked for)... on my ribs or chicken, nor any on the side. There were 5 tubs of ranch dressing for 2 chicken tenders and my sons cheeseburgerwas just that...cheese on a burger. I didn't make ANY modifications to the burger because my kids love veggies, so I wasexpecting lettuce, tomato, onions and pickles. Oh, and it was undercooked.
