I wish I could give negative stars. We stopped in because was off the highway and convenient. Honestly go anywhere else in the... area. We ordered 3 adult happy meals and weren't given what we ordered. We were told they didn't have them. I said but I paidextra for it. Instead of apologizing or offering a refund both the manager and the employee walk off like I wasn't even standingthere. So not only do they have terrible customer service their bathrooms are nasty. Honestly tired of the McDonald's will not be using this one anymore. I've lived down the road from this McDonald's for over 20... years. The past 4 years it's become the worst. Hours are wrong it is not open 24 hours. And at times when they were open past 10they would claim to only take cash. After reply that I have cash the employees would then say oh well were closed. For themornings the crew that is there are pretty nice and quick when there open. But I have been there multiple times where they werenot even open at 6am. Or even 7am. Read more
After checking the hours on Google, (which states that 6 days ago the restaurant confirmed being open 24 hours) we came through... to get a Happy Meal for our son. It's 10:02 on a Friday night, and they're closed - exterior lights are off, drive-thru blockedoff, everything. Idk what's going on, but this particular McDonald's has started to slowly go downhill, and this is a primeexample of it. If you?re going on I-85, just skip this exit. Gave me fries instead of the nuggets I ordered. Burger bun was literally hard. I... don?t get how you can put it in a bag without thinking this burger wasn?t right. No receipt with my purchase. Read more
Company has confirmed within the last week the location is open 24 hours. Went at 11pm and they had cones blocking the ?24 hour?... drive thru. Post the correct hours. Edit. A few days later I drove past in the morning and they were still closed. Read more
I ordered 2 medium fries these are what I got I didn?t even bother driving back just throw them outside for a squirrel because... on top of the boxes being half empty they were dried out and burned. I've been to this McDonald's many times because it's the closest to me however, I'm willing to travel another exit up! Almost... everytime I've ordered food there's always something wrong with my order. Either old, not fixed correctly or, you may not evenreceive all your food that you've paid for. The Staff only has a few good employee's that are great, all the rest never seem toeither want to work or just incompetent. I'm never the complainer nor, half the time say anything however, it's gotten worse atthis location and, not to mention the staff seems to open lobby when they feel like it!! Read more
