On 10/26/22 @ 1254am, there were 2 employees working: 1 male and 1 female. I eat her often as I also work nights so the faces... there are familiar. The lady working the drive thru couldn?t be more rude and unprofessional. As I get my drink I say thankyou?no response, get my card back and say thanks you again? slams the window shut and locks it. Finally get my 4 burgers andonce again say thank you?she looks at me and shuts the window. I then proceeded to say you?re welcome, basically talking tomyself and practicing my own mannerisms. Every time she is working this happens. Clearly she either hates working nights, hatesworking there, or just has something personal against me (I won?t get into but is more than likely the case), then perhaps sheshould find a new job or even possibly get trained in customer service. Being courteous is free, being able to acknowledgesomeone thanking her wouldn?t seem too much to ask for with a 2 word response (thank you)? Hopefully she gets to read this anddeep down inside she knows how terrible of a person she is because of the reason she won?t speak or make eye contact with me. Ican say with certainty my believe is true because when I ride with my co worker she will carry on a full conversation with him.Again, the multiple encounters I?ve had with her has brought me to this point. I?m sure I will encounter her againunfortunately, but hoping she?s at least trained and educated on customer service and finds some morals and figure out that herprejudice is uncalled for. Read more
They already don't have receive many customers and then have the nerve to tell everyone "it's an 15 min wait because of shift... change. Any who has worked in fast food knows shift change doesn't stop productivity. They are losing the company money everynight. Read more
I wouldn't even give a star. Staff is a mess. I deliver and my food took forever to get. It cost me a tip. I work 2 jobs for my... family. The girl with orange hair was rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't bring my dog to eat here!!!! Read more
I ordered via drive through. Got to the window and was told they have no biscuits?.but the gentleman offered to make my sandwich... on toast. So I said okay, he was apologetic and really kind about it all. I had to pull forward and park to wait?and he walkedit out to me. Now, it wasn?t good, like at all. And the potatoes were hard. But because he went out of his way to just be nice,it?s all good. I gave the hard eggs to my dog and she was happy to get an unexpected treat! I would go back and hopefully getwhat I really wanted. But like I stated, the pleasant attitude made me not even upset that I spent $5 on a breakfast I didn?teat. I wish everyone working in fast food restaurants could be this nice. Waited with my sons in line for over 30 mins. Would have left but they were so hungry after playing. At that point whatever... was in the bag we were keeping. Lady handed us the bag and she saw I was about to check. Immediately said " its all in there".Got everything in order WRONG! Even the cokes were watered down. Never going back! Read more
The food is normally hot. Short staff here. Excessive wait time. Two lane drive through but only one is usually operational. As... of 7/2/2021 they have a rating of 100.
