I placed my order at around 12:50pm for pickup at 5:15pm. Due to traffic in route home and getting off work late I was not able... to pick up my order until around 6:10pm. When I came inside to pick up my order, I was told it wasn't made because they didn'tthink I was coming. Actually it was not verbalized to me. I just overheard the conversation. If the purpose of providing myphone number is to contact me in regards to my order, why didn't I receive call from the location to see if I was still pickingup my order versus not making it at all. Now I have to until an employee finishes an order for another customer in line before Ican have a sub made that I ordered and paid for 5 hours prior to arrival. Not even we apologize for the inconvenience oranything. Horrible customer service and an inconvenience as well. Not done with the company as a whole but in regards to thislocation I won't be returning. Read more

Horrible customer service five people only one working. Ordered hot sub received sandwich bread cold and meat hot and messy.... Trying to call back the line continuously busy. Will not come back. Read more

Food is usually decent, but service is horrible. Online orders are all they focus on so you may stand there and wait for 5... minutes before they even start working on your order. Usually at least one employee that is doing nothing but walking around Read more

We arrive at JM at 8:33pm and the ?open? sign was already turned off (the operational time is until 9pm). When we get in... everything was almost covered and the attendants were clearly upset with our arrival. Before I started my order the attendantinformed that only cash was acceptable, for me looked like an attempting to make me give up to order, when I asked for thegluten free bread the girl said it was unavailable because it is frozen. After that I gave up indeed. One of the worstattendance I ever received. Would never return to this store. Read more

Customer service was terrible, didn't make my sandwich and stayed focused on online orders. Waited twice for my order to be made... and employees was not apologetic for their mistakes. Read more

The service was a little sketchy. I went on a Sunday for lunch and it was clear that none of the workers wanted to be there. But... the sandwich that I got was really really good! I'll definitely be back. Read more

Terrible customer service, it's my second time there but never going back & will never recommend this business. They don't... acknowledge you when you come in and just continues with whatever they're doing and no thank you after you place your order.Just sorry! Read more

I Don't know if this location is a franchise of Jersey Mike's or corporate, but the level of service I received yesterday was... something I have never experienced at ANY Jersey Mike's and I'm a truck driver so I have visited locations throughout thecountry. 1)Dion the grill cook came out the bathroom with her apron on & went straight to the grill & (she did not utilize thehand wash sink in front) 2) No White Bread 3)No Bacon 4)No Brownies 5) Limited amount of Turkey left 6) None of the staff had onany Head coverings including the manager. This location needs Food Service and Customer Service Training if they intend tosucceed. Read more
