I'm usually pleased with my order. On my last order I did online, it was messed up when I got home. They put mushrooms on my sub... and I didn't order mushrooms nor do I eat them. I also order extra blk pepper and there was another vegetable I ordered (can'tremember what it was now) but it wasn't on my sub either. Sub was ok, I have had better from them before, also the brownies were all crumble up, after I paid for it as the guy was there... better ones, he showed them to me, they were no better. They should have thrown them away. Read more
I like to call ahead so I can get my order and leave but I?m always put on hold (I can hear them goofing off in the background)... nobody ever returns to the phone. Not the first time. My subs are always on point, period! I always get the engineer and they make it fast. They top Publix and subway. They need to... arrange the prices though because paying $10 for a medium sized sub only will never sit right with me... Read more
I had a good experience ordering online. When I got to the restaurant it was about 5 minutes ahead of the scheduled arrival time... but they still had my food ready. When I walked in one of the workers were on a break and probably got up to assist me. I wasglad she initially went to wash her hands and put on gloves before for the helping me. My sandwich is already made but theywaited to put my cookie in the bag. I like using the app because that saves a lot of time and energy even though this locationwasn't busy during this time. I went there for lunch today. Fortunately I saw the giant mounds of garbage that were surrounded by flies before I placed an... order. There was an expedition of ants hiking up the mountain of trash. As if it were there personal Mt Everest. Needless to sayI didn?t eat here. The place needs a visit from the health department. Read more
This is the nastiest place ever! I sitting inside there wating on my food and i just notice i see alot of flies flying in there.... I think to myself this place is nasty as hell, i hope a fly doesn?t land on my food while its being prep. Once i leave the placei start to eat my food and i notice i see a fly laying underneath my food smh?i was so disgusted, i call the store back to tellthe manager about what i found in my food and she didnt feel to care not one bit.
