I get it. You?re short staffed in the middle of the day, but there?s no need for the horrible customer service. A gentleman was... ahead of us and had one headphone in, instead of calling a name or number, the lady just shuffled the bag and said ?Here. Sir!Here!? The manager was yelling at the people that were in drivethru, giving much attitude towards the customers. I ordered achai latte and it tastes chemically? The other coffee we ordered tasted like cigarette ashes (wish I was joking). Not to mentionwe stood at the counter for all of 10 minutes until someone finally walked over, even though all of the workers saw us. I don?tknow what happened to this location, but it?s definitely not worth even the stop. Read more

Customer service wasn't too good. The morning cashier was pretty rude to me and another customer. Also my hashbrowns were burned... on one side pretty bad. Their was a reason why I stopped going here in 2019. They reminded me why that day. Read more
Update: They have cleaned this up. But now it's just super slow. Been living in the area for what seems like forever and this... is my closest location. There are a couple of people that make my experience pleasant like always smile, positive, know myorder when I start but recently is where my 2 stars came from. The recent wait time is awful 22 plus minutes in drive thru evenif you order online. Since I'm in the drive through for so long I have time to notice the outside which honestly is sounappealing, recently the front of this DD has become the home of a dog and its owner who have trash, boxes of kittens and dogfood strewn along the front entrance. I said something about it to one of the workers I didn't know and he was like oh he workshere sometimes. As much as I patronize this DD I do visit the CFA next door and the Starbucks down the road and all I couldthink is they would never. I did get pics on 2 different days and it's really not appealing especially for food service. WhileI'm all for understanding and humanity, this should not be acceptable practice at a establishment serving food. Read more
